Imani Smith, MBA, is a seasoned professional in Customer Technical Services, currently serving as the Director at Mastercard, where they lead initiatives related to Commercial and New Payments Flows. Imani has extensive experience in product management and technology solutions, having previously held roles overseeing consumer credit, digital marketing, and loyalty programs. They completed their Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing at Washington University in St. Louis, following a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the same institution.
