Irina Feofanova

Irina Feofanova is the Vice President of Internal Audit at Mastercard, a role they have held since 2018. Prior to this, Irina served as Senior Vice President of Internal Audit at Mastercard and held several senior legal positions, including Senior Counsel for High Growth Markets and Senior Managing Counsel for various regulatory affairs and compliance roles. Irina's earlier experience includes working as a Legal Adviser for France Telecom. They hold a JD from Southern Illinois University School of Law and a BA in Political Science from Southern Illinois University, along with a degree in International Trade Law from Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
