At ANZ, Jane served as a Merchant Specialist and later as a Working Capital Solutions Specialist, focusing on retaining and growing customer portfolios. In subsequent positions at Ingenico Group, Jane advanced as a Business Development Manager and later held dual roles as Pacific Head of Sales and Pacific Head of Customer Engagement, emphasizing customer retention and collaboration across teams.
