Janice Ding

Janice (Jiayi) Ding is currently the Lead Data Scientist at Mastercard, specializing in GenAI, machine learning, and data analytics. They previously worked as a Data Science Specialist at McKinsey & Company, focusing on customer experience, marketing, and healthcare systems. Janice also gained valuable experience as a Research Assistant at Duke University and held roles as a Customer Analytics Intern at CVS Health and a Business Analyst at GoKart. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Statistics and Analytics with highest honors and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, followed by a Master of Statistical Science from Duke University.
