Jason Field

Jason Field is a Vice President in Fintech at Mastercard, where they lead initiatives in payment solutions and product management. With a background in the Financial Services sector, Jason has held various leadership roles, including Director of Account Management and Head of Prepaid Product Management Europe, since joining Mastercard in 2012. Their previous experience includes a role at Mondex UK Ltd as Director, where they managed risk management systems and liaised with regulatory authorities. Jason also served as a Criminal Intelligence Analyst at the National Criminal Intelligence Service, contributing to a significant government initiative in intelligence-led policing. They hold an M.Sc./D.I.C in Petroleum Geology from Imperial College, University of London.
