Jen Wright

Jen Wright (Bates) is a global leader in Learning, Talent, and Organizational Development, currently serving as the Vice President of Learning and Development at Mastercard. They have extensive experience in business change management, having held roles such as Head of Business Change at Marlowe Consulting and Change Manager at Barclays, where they implemented comprehensive change strategies across multiple regions. They also led significant learning initiatives at Citi, significantly improving employee engagement and learning technologies. Jen holds a BA Hons in Economic & Political Development from the University of Exeter and is pursuing further qualifications in HR and Organizational Development.
