Jess Greco

Jess Greco is the Vice President of Product Experience Design at Mastercard, having previously served as the Director in the same department. They have extensive experience in user experience design, including leadership roles at companies like Amplify, Pager, and Idean, where they led strategic design programs and contributed to substantial business growth. Jess has also been active in the Interaction Design Association, overseeing initiatives to strengthen community engagement. Educationally, Jess is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts with a focus on Art History at The George Washington University, while also engaged in immersive service design and creative ideation programs at Cooper U.
