Jill Kramer is Mastercard’s chief marketing and communications officer and a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team and Management Committee.
She leads the Mastercard brand globally, driving growth through innovative integrated marketing and communications strategies.
Recognized by Forbes as one of the 50 Most Influential CMOs, Jill brings deep expertise in building brand relevance and creating impact across industries and geographies.
Before joining Mastercard, Jill served as chief marketing and communications officer at Accenture, where she led a global, integrated and technology-driven function. Jill oversaw Accenture’s brand and advertising strategy, managing creative development, media planning and global campaigns. She spearheaded the company’s largest brand transformation in more than a decade with the launch of the “Let There Be Change” campaign.
Earlier in her career, Jill held senior leadership roles at BBDO and DDB, two of the world’s most creative agencies. There, she developed award-winning business-to-business brand strategies and digital marketing programs for iconic companies, including AT&T and ExxonMobil.
Jill serves on the board of directors of the Ad Council and has been recognized as one of Forbes’ Most Entrepreneurial CMOs. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
