Jim Arnott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in performance engineering and database optimization. As a Senior Consultant at MasterCard since 2009, Jim has been a founding member of the Performance Engineering team, dedicated to enhancing performance across all layers of the technology stack through team building, business development, and knowledge transfer. Prior to MasterCard, Jim served as a member of the Oracle Optimization Team at Emerson Electric Co., focusing on the performance of Oracle E-Business Suite applications.
