Joe McAuliffe is a seasoned software architect and consultant with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Software Architect/Consultant at Mastercard since April 2019, Joe has a proven track record of fostering Agile practices and promoting a technical roadmap for global Scrum teams. Prior roles include Director of Solution Architecture at Openet, where Joe led a global team and directed architectural development for core applications, as well as various engineering positions focused on solution design and technical oversight. Joe also founded Boldbear Ltd., managing client projects and solutions, and has held managerial roles in IT process transformation at the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business UCD.
