Johnatan Maranhao

Johnatan Maranhao is the Director and Senior Counsel for Regulatory Affairs at Mastercard Brasil, where they are responsible for regulatory strategy and engagement with the Central Bank of Brazil regarding compliance in payments and financial services. With over a decade of experience in payments and regulatory law, they previously held roles at Pinheiro Neto Advogados and Ogier, focusing on banking, finance, and cross-border investments. Johnatan earned an LL.M. in Corporate Finance from Cornell Law School and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
