Kate Ryder, CSM, PMP, is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale HRIS projects across multiple workstreams. They have previously held significant roles at Pfizer, where they implemented IT solutions for Human Resources and ensured compliance with audit requirements. Currently, Kate serves as a Senior Technical Program Manager at Mastercard, providing leadership for large HRIS projects from inception to completion. Kate's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communications from Western Michigan University and a Master's degree in Project Management from Washington University in St. Louis.
