Katie Boudreau is a cybersecurity leader and strategic workforce architect with extensive experience in building high-impact teams and driving innovative workforce solutions. They have held multiple positions at Mastercard, including Director of Cyber Talent, where they led initiatives to enhance talent development and retention in cybersecurity. Previously, Katie worked as a Technical Writer, Associate Engineer, and Project Manager across various organizations, contributing to significant projects and operational improvements. They are currently the co-lead of Kids4Tech at the Mastercard St. Louis Tech Hub and are actively involved with the WiCyS STL Metro Affiliate Board. Katie earned their degree from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville.
