Kelechi Ezeozue is the Director of Strategy & Operations at Mastercard, currently leading new product development for Mastercard Data & Services. Kelechi previously served as a Manager within a leadership development program at Mastercard, where they contributed to cross-border strategies and supported digital marketing initiatives. Prior to that, Kelechi was an Accelerated Rig Trainee at Transocean, overseeing maintenance and operations on offshore rigs. Additionally, Kelechi began their career as a Science Teacher with the National Youth Service Corps, significantly improving student performance in STEM subjects. Kelechi holds an MBA in Strategic Operations from Cornell University and is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
