Lara Randle

Lara Randle is an experienced payments professional specializing in product management, technology account management, and project management. They previously served as a Card Risk Analyst and Product Manager at GTBank, where they implemented initiatives to enhance payment card awareness and resolved fraud complaints. Lara later became a Technical Project Manager for Payments at Guaranty Trust, focusing on innovative payment solutions across Africa. Currently, they hold the position of Director in Technology Account Management at Mastercard and contribute as a faculty member with the Mastercard EEMEA and as a Global Program Ambassador for the Women’s Leadership Network. Lara holds an M.Sc. in Dispute Resolution and is pursuing a Diploma in Finance from the University of London.
