Laura Naidoo

Laura Naidoo has extensive experience in both the beauty and financial sectors. As a Counter Manager at Benefit Cosmetics from August 2012 to June 2015, Laura was responsible for achieving sales targets, training staff, and overseeing performance reporting. Laura transitioned to the financial industry, holding various positions at Bank of Ireland, including Senior Business Analyst, where responsibilities involve business engagement and the implementation of a Business Continuity Management Platform. Prior to this, Laura worked as a PMO Management Associate, extending the project management experience with a focus on major IT changes. Additional roles include a Senior Business Continuity Analyst at Mastercard since June 2020 and prior positions at Dunnes Stores and RAC WA. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the Dublin Institute of Technology, completed in 2014.
