Leena Jamdar is currently a Lead Technical Program Manager at Mastercard, where they drive large-scale Agile transformations and optimize end-to-end program execution through SAFe and Scrum methodologies. With past leadership roles at Allscripts, Accion Labs, and Parametric Technology Corporation, Leena has cultivated a strong track record in Agile coaching, project management, and cross-functional team empowerment. They have successfully managed multi-million-dollar Agile programs, enhancing productivity and stakeholder satisfaction significantly. Leena holds a B.Sc. in Physics, Statistics, and Mathematics from the Indian Institute of Science, where they continue their education.
