Lisa Mastro has over three decades of professional experience in administrative and managerial roles across various industries. Mastro began at Westchester County Airport as Assistant Manager from December 1980 to April 1990, followed by a position as Administrator for the Northeast Region at Carlson Wagonlit Travel until October 2001. Afterward, Mastro spent nearly a decade as an Executive Assistant at PepsiCo before transitioning to American Express Financial Services as a Brokers Assistant from April 2003 to March 2005. Mastro continued to develop skills in high-level executive support, serving as Executive Assistant to the President & CEO at Reader's Digest Association from April 2014 to January 2015 and in various roles at Mastercard from March 2018 to September 2023, including Manager and Senior Analyst in the Meetings & Events Office of the CEO. In addition to extensive experience, Mastro holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Concordia College-New York and completed Aviation Ground School at Westchester Community College.
