Liu Ran

Liu Ran is a professional public policy practitioner currently serving as Vice President of Public Policy for Greater China at MasterCard and as Managing Director at CPP Investments. Prior to these roles, Liu held the position of Vice President of Public Affairs at UPS China from 2003 to 2012 and worked as an Officer at the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 1997 to 2003. Liu earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from China Foreign Affairs University and a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from The Fletcher School at Tufts University.
