Lori Malek has an extensive background in workforce planning, analytics, and user engagement within the corporate sector. Lori started a career at Ernst & Young, serving as a Manager from June 1993 to July 1998, where responsibilities included process improvement and managing executive information systems. From July 1998 to April 2015, Lori held the position of Business Leader, Workforce Planning and Analysis at MasterCard Worldwide, focusing on Workday release management and workforce analytics. Currently, since May 2015, Lori serves as a Business Leader for User Engagement at MasterCard, leading initiatives to enhance employee and manager engagement in HR systems through training and innovative design. Educational credentials include a BSBA and MBA from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School, obtained from 1989 to 1993.
