Lynn Fitzpatrick

Lynn Fitzpatrick, MCR, is the Head of Real Estate Services for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at Mastercard, overseeing a region that includes over 70 sites across 46 countries. They have significant experience in M&A integration, managing to deliver substantial savings on EMEA-wide portfolios. Prior roles include Associate Director at DTZ, Director at CBRE, and Head of National & International Account Operations at Serco, where they managed multi-site contracts for clients such as Deloitte and Airbus. Lynn holds a BSc in Land Economics from the University of the West of Scotland.
