Márcia Mora

Márcia Mora has extensive experience in product management and development, having worked in various roles since 2004. They began their career as a consultant at Accenture before moving to SIBS Processos and then SIBS, where they excelled as a product manager from 2007 to 2011. Subsequently, Márcia held positions as a senior product manager and manager at MasterCard until 2016, where they contributed to significant product innovations. Currently, as the Director of Product Development at MasterCard since 2016, they focus on identifying customer needs and market trends to enhance product offerings. Márcia holds a Licentiate degree in Chemical Engineering, a PhD in Inorganic Chemistry, and a Post-Graduate Degree in Business Administration.
