Mariam Farage

Mariam Farage is currently the Head of Mastercard Academy, EEMEA, where they lead educational initiatives in the payments industry. With 15 years of experience in learning and development, Mariam designs and delivers innovative training programs for a diverse range of audiences, enhancing the relevance and quality of educational offerings. Previously, they served as the Head of Career Centre and Strategic Partnerships at London Business School and held various roles at Hult International Business School, including Associate Director of Sales. Mariam is also a certified design thinking facilitator and a graduate of the NXT-GEN Fellowship, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and community impact. They are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in International and Intercultural Communication at The American University of Paris.
