Marly Isler

Marly Isler is the Sustainability Manager at Mastercard, where they focus on integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters into the company's core business strategy. Previously, Marly served as Worldwide Manager for Enterprise ESG Strategy and Reporting at Johnson & Johnson and held roles as a Sustainability & ESG Consultant at HXE Partners and Project Manager at the San Diego River Park Foundation. They have also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Columbia University, supporting courses in sustainability and urban design. Marly holds a Master of Science in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Yale University.
