Matthew Hanmer is an Independent Board Member with extensive experience in product line strategy and management, currently overseeing MasterCard's largest product line, mass credit. Since joining MasterCard in 2005, Matthew has held various roles, including responsibility for product strategic alliances and product development in the Consumer Products division. Prior to this, Matthew served as Head of Channels & Strategic Alliances at Barclaycard and as a Senior Manager at Citibank in the UK. Matthew holds an MBA from Warwick Business School and an MA in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from Keble College, Oxford University, and has been involved in various advisory and board roles across educational and charitable institutions.
