Micah Ward

Micah Ward serves as the Director of Technology Risk Management and the Director of Security Monitoring and Response at Mastercard, where responsibilities include overseeing the Global Crisis Management Program. With prior experience as a Crisis Management Consultant and Senior Operations Specialist, Micah Ward also contributed to the Financial Services Sector Coordinating Council (FSSCC) from May 2020 to August 2023 as the Incident Response and Exercise Coordinator.
