Michael Stevens is currently a Senior Counsel at Mastercard, specializing in representing financial institutions and large corporations in various legal matters. They previously served as Associate General Counsel at S&P Global Ratings from 2015 to 2019 and held the position of Associate in Financial Restructuring at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP from 2009 to 2015. Michael also completed judicial internships with the Honorable Lisa Margaret Smith and the Honorable Alan H. Nevas in 2007 and 2008, respectively. They earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.), Magna Cum Laude, from Pace University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy from Syracuse University.
