Michelle Stensgaard has extensive experience in customer service and management roles within various companies. Michelle served as the Functional Lead in Payments & Information DK and Head of Betalingsservice Support at Nets Group from January 2017 to February 2018. Prior to that, Michelle was an Operation Manager at GoExcellent/Webhelp from November 2012 to January 2017, handling key account management for both Danish and international clients. During the tenure at Mastercard from March 2021 to August 2022, Michelle again held the position of Head of Betalingsservice Support and was promoted to Director Customer Technical Services. Earlier career roles included positions at Næstved Boligselskab and Transcom, where Michelle progressed from office assistant to team leader.
