Mike Dewar

Mike Dewar is a Vice President of Data Science at Mastercard, where they lead a team focused on developing machine-learning products aimed at combating financial crime in payments. Previously, Mike held roles as a Senior Data Scientist at Bitly, a Data Scientist at The New York Times, and a Director of Data Science at Vocalink, a Mastercard company. They completed postdoctoral research at both Columbia University and The University of Edinburgh, following a PhD in Complex Systems and a Master's in Control Systems Engineering from The University of Sheffield.
