R. Jesse McWaters

R. Jesse McWaters is the Executive Vice President and Head of Global Policy at Mastercard, where they lead the company's global regulatory advocacy function, addressing emerging regulatory and policy issues. Prior to this role, McWaters served as the Financial Innovation Lead at the World Economic Forum, authoring significant research on technology's influence on financial services. They co-founded an economic research center at Deloitte, focusing on Canadian productivity, and were a founding member of the Rubicon Intelligence Unit. McWaters earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Finance from McGill University.
