Ralf Monz has extensive experience in account management and consulting, currently serving as Vice President of Account Management at Mastercard since March 2024, while also holding the position of Senior Account Manager at the same company since April 2011. Prior to this, Ralf worked at Logica from August 2006 to March 2008, where responsibilities included being Head of the SEPA Competence Center in Germany, IBM Alliance Manager for Germany, and Senior Unit Manager. Ralf began a professional career as a Consultant at Avinci from 2000 to 2003.
