Ria Shetty

Ria Shetty has extensive experience in cybersecurity and digital solutions, currently serving as Director of Cyber Security & Resilience for Europe at Mastercard since June 2022. Prior to this role, Ria held various positions at Mastercard, including Senior Specialist and Manager for Cyber & Intelligence Solutions, and gained project management experience as a Project Manager at Namaste India. Additional roles include internships at Deutsche Bank, BNP Paribas, and Commerzbank AG, as well as a conference assistant position at the European Parliament. Ria began a career in marketing as a Marketing Intern at Touching Lives and transitioned to management consulting as an Analyst at Accenture. Ria is also a Country Ambassador for the European Women Payments Network in Germany. Academic credentials include a Master of Letters in International Business from the University of St. Andrews and a BSc (Hons) in International Business Management from the University of East Anglia.
