Richard Wormald

Richard Wormald is the Division President of Australasia at Mastercard, overseeing business operations in Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands. Previously, they served as Director for Coles Financial Services, where they directed growth initiatives for the financial services division. Richard has also held roles as General Manager Strategy at Coles and Chief Executive Officer of the HealthTech startup Doctor Me. Their extensive experience spans consulting at Accenture and operations management at Procter & Gamble, as well as advisory roles in organizations like Australian Sailing. Richard holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southampton and is a Chartered Management Accountant.
