Rohan Misal has accumulated extensive experience in customer support and product development across various industries. Beginning as a Customer Sales Representative at GTL Limited and later advancing to a Senior Customer Support Officer at Mphasis, Rohan demonstrated a strong ability to meet productivity and quality targets. Subsequently, Rohan held various roles at ADP Private Ltd., including Team Leader and Consultant in Account Management, focusing on client satisfaction and operational efficiency. In 2014, Rohan transitioned to Mastercard, where roles included Manager and ultimately Director of Product Development, overseeing onboarding processes and team leadership within the Franchise Management segment. Rohan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing Management from the University of Pune.
