Rohit Bhosale

Rohit Bhosale is an experienced manager in product experience design, currently working at Mastercard since June 2025. Prior to this role, Rohit served as Lead UX Designer at Coditas from November 2016 to June 2025, where responsibilities included delivering intuitive user experiences, collaborating with stakeholders, conducting user research, and maintaining high design standards across products. Rohit also held the position of Senior UX Designer and contributed to user research, wireframing, and prototyping UI solutions, alongside managing client feedback and conducting assessments. Earlier in the career, Rohit worked as a UI/UX Designer at Sysweave® Technocraft Pvt. Ltd., focusing on advanced UI design for web applications and rapid prototyping. Rohit holds an Engineer’s Degree in Information Technology from Sinhgad College of Engineering, completed in 2014, and a high school degree from New English School, Pune.
