Ross Hilliard has extensive experience in market research and business intelligence, having held leadership roles at firms such as Columbia Threadneedle Investments, Genworth Financial, and Collinson. They served as Head of Market Research at Columbia Threadneedle Investments from 2008 to 2010 and were the Business Intelligence Manager at Genworth Financial from 2006 to 2008. Ross also worked as the Market Intelligence Manager at Zurich Financial Services between 2003 and 2005. Currently, they serve as the Director of Customer Behaviour Insights for Europe at Mastercard, a position they have held since 2022. Ross completed a B.Sc (Hon) at Coventry University and obtained a Graduate Diploma from the University of Limerick.
