Ryan Haines, CSM, is currently a Business Systems Consultant at Wells Fargo, where they oversee mobile device patching processes and coordinate cross-departmental meetings. Ryan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and is completing a Master of Science in Information Technology Management at the same institution. Previously, Ryan served in multiple technology roles, including as an Implementation Intern at Life Systems International and a Basic IT Technician at SUAR Information Technology Support. In addition to their professional work, Ryan volunteers as President Elect of the Young Alumni Chapter at UNC Charlotte and as Advisor Chairman for the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity.
