Sandun Hapugoda

Sandun Hapugoda is the Country Manager for Sri Lanka and Maldives at Mastercard, focusing on advancing a cashless society. Previously, Sandun held various roles in financial institutions, including Senior Manager of Electronic Banking at Hatton National Bank PLC and Manager of Information Security & Risk at Amana Bank. Sandun started their career as a Junior Executive at Sampath Bank and worked as a Solution Manager at ICICI Bank. They received their M.Sc. in Information Technology Management from Staffordshire University and are currently participating in the Mastercard Country Managers Development Program at Wharton Executive Education.
