Sara Ventzel has extensive experience in various leadership and advisory roles within government and the private sector, particularly focusing on finance, mergers and acquisitions, and digital solutions. As a Director at Mastercard since April 2022, Sara is responsible for Engineering M&A strategy implementation and transformation. Previous roles include M&A Post Merger Business Integration Manager at Mastercard, Special Advisor & Head of Section at the Ministry of Finance of Denmark, and RFP Bid & Program Manager at Nets Group.
