Serhan Pak has over 25 years of leadership experience in credit risk management, focusing on data-driven decision-making and advanced analytics to optimize financial outcomes. Currently serving as a Subject Matter Expert at Mastercard, Serhan previously held roles such as Senior Business Advisor at GTech and Group Head of Credit Analytics & Retail Credit at Akbank. At Garanti BBVA, Serhan led initiatives in risk analytics and digital transformation, developing machine learning models and automated decision systems. Serhan's expertise encompasses end-to-end credit lifecycle management with a strong emphasis on aligning risk solutions with business strategy. They hold an MBA from the University of Louisiana Monroe and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
