Seth Eichenholtz

Seth Eichenholtz has extensive experience in security engineering, e-discovery, and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as Director of Security Engineering at Mastercard since May 2016, Seth focuses on data protection, policy creation, and implementing the Zero Trust model. Previous roles at Mastercard include Head of Insider Threat Risk Management, ensuring the Insider Threat program aligns with governance requirements, and Head of Electronic Discovery, overseeing preservation and production obligations. Prior to Mastercard, Seth held the position of Vice President, E-Discovery Manager at Swiss Re, where responsibilities included managing the discovery process and legal hold obligations. Earlier career roles include Attorney & Consultant at A. Kershaw PC, Manager at Berenfeld Spritzer Shechter & Sheer, Sr. Conference Director at the American Conference Institute, and Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, providing regulatory compliance and tax services. Seth holds a degree from New York Law School and a BA in English from the University at Buffalo.
