Smita Mestri

Smita Mestri is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in implementation and support functions, currently serving as a Manager at Mastercard since May 2015. Prior to this role, Smita worked at ikshealth from March 2013 to March 2015 as a Sr Implementation Consultant, leading a team of 15 resources and ensuring efficiency in daily activities while managing the NextGen EHR software modules. Earlier experience includes serving as a Process Trainer at eClinicalWorks India Pvt. Ltd. from April 2009 to March 2013, where Smita trained multiple batches and provided technical instruction. Smita began the career at Electronic Data Systems as a Technical Support representative from November 2007 to April 2009, addressing customer queries through various communication channels. Smita holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Parle Tilak Vidyalaya Associations M L Dahanukar College of Commerce, obtained in June 2006.
