Sree Arja

Sree Arja has extensive experience in technology and product development, currently serving as the Director of AI Product Development for Fraud and Decisioning at Mastercard since 2015. In this role, Sree is responsible for the planning and execution of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, focusing on business growth and operational efficiency. Prior to this, Sree held positions at Mastercard, including Director of Technical Program Management and Manager of Quality Engineering and Testing Services, where leadership and cross-functional collaboration were key to building effective teams and delivering operational success. Sree's earlier career at Thomson Reuters involved managing large-scale infrastructure delivery projects and overseeing technical operations, further solidifying expertise in project management and technical strategy. Sree holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sree Vidyanikethan Education Trust.
