Stan Francis

Stan Francis is a seasoned Information Technology professional, having built a robust career that includes roles as a Programmer/Analyst, Project Manager, and Consultant at various organizations, including Mastercard. At Mastercard, they have managed multi-million dollar support contracts and provided critical L1/L2 support for the Mastercard Consolidated Billing System. Stan's prior experience also includes programming and systems analysis at Arch Coal, Inc. and Citicorp Mortgage, and they hold a BBA in Business/Business Information Systems from Eastern New Mexico University. Currently, they serve as the Lead BizOps Engineer at Mastercard, where they oversee production alerts and ensure compliance with various audits.
