Previously, Steve held various roles including Senior Compliance Manager at HSBC and Head of European Operations at ANZ. With extensive experience in the financial services industry, Steve has developed skills in operational management, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Steve earned a B TECH Diploma in Business Studies from Bournemouth University.
