Stuart Finkelstein

Stuart Finkelstein is an HR and General Management Executive with extensive experience across various industries, particularly in HR disciplines, strategy, and P&L management. They served as Vice President at Lehman Brothers from 1999 to 2008, overseeing benefits strategy and design. Stuart has held significant roles at Mastercard, leading global HR functions and executive compensation initiatives, and currently serves as Executive Vice President, Head of Total Rewards at Wells Fargo. They obtained their MBA in Finance and Management from NYU Stern School of Business and completed the General Management Program at The Wharton School.
