Sydney Thorson

Sydney Thorson is a seasoned professional in customer success and service management with a diverse background in the hospitality and financial sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Customer Success at Mastercard, Sydney previously held the position of Customer Success Manager at Revinate. A considerable portion of Sydney's career was spent at UBS, where multiple roles, including Wealth Strategy Associate and various client service positions, were undertaken.
