Tian Wei

Tian Wei currently serves as the Director of Learning & Development at Mastercard since September 2022. Prior to this role, Tian Wei held the position of Associate Director of Talent & Development at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) from March 2016 to May 2022 and worked as an Organizational Development Specialist at Collabera from June 2015 to March 2016. Additional experience includes serving as Program Manager for Organizational & Staff Development at HHC from November 2011 to June 2015, Content Coding Analyst at Sirota Survey Intelligence from February 2010 to June 2013, and Research Analyst for Social Media at Converseon from March 2011 to November 2011. Tian Wei has also worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Hunter College and held various roles at Nielsen Media Research and Baruch College, culminating as a Teacher's Assistant. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Baruch College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Berea College.
