Tiffany Pollack

Tiffany Pollack is a seasoned professional in executive talent sourcing and recruitment, currently serving as a Senior Specialist at Mastercard since September 2025. Prior to this role, Tiffany engaged in freelance work during a career break from August 2023 to August 2025. Tiffany's experience includes a significant position at Meta as a Referral Full Cycle Advisor for Leadership Recruiting, where operational workflows were established and managed without oversight, handling multiple pipelines and assessing approximately 3,000 resumes.
