Tina Woo

Tina Woo is a Senior Managing Counsel in Regulatory Affairs at Mastercard, a position held since 2018. Prior to this role, they served as Senior Counsel for Bank Regulatory at RBC from 2007 to 2017 and as an Associate at Clifford Chance from 1997 to 2007. Tina began their legal career as a Staff Attorney at the Federal Reserve Board from 1993 to 1997. They earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Boston University School of Law and both a B.S. in Economics and a B.A. in Communications from The Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania, respectively.
